To us, educating a woman is to educate a family. In rural Sindh, women are most deprived of education due to cultural customs which has created gender inequality and has deprived women to have a voice in the society. Through Adult Literacy Education, we are on to change that. We have a total of 30 Female Adult Literacy (FAL) 349 members centers with books and 3 Female Adult Literacy (FAL) having 36 members. adult literacy education can change life
Sabra always had a desire to have education but she couldn't have because her culture did not allow women to go out of their village. After joining the Female Adult Literacy Center, she received an opportunity to learn, grow and explore her potential that was in her for so long. Sabra has received Adult Literacy training from PEP and is now teaching to a group of women in her own community established Adult Literacy Center.
